TWIN SUNS / LEGAL
Terms of use
LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 12, 2026
These terms explain use of Twin Suns, its optional Full Game Unlock, and how to get help. The App Store version is licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA.
1. Developer and applicable license
Twin Suns is developed by Jonathan Swift. For the App Store version, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) governs the application license unless a separate custom EULA is provided in the App Store. These pages provide game-specific information and do not replace that agreement.
The Standard EULA addresses permitted use, license restrictions, warranty and liability terms, and other legal conditions. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect. Your use of the App Store and purchases is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms.
2. Using Twin Suns
You may use Twin Suns on compatible Apple devices as permitted by the applicable license and App Store rules. Use the game lawfully and respect the rights of the developer and content owners. Restrictions on redistribution, modification, and reverse engineering are governed by the applicable license and law.
The game is intended for entertainment. Levels, scores, and rewards have no cash value and do not represent real-world prizes.
3. Free levels and Full Game Unlock
The first four music levels can be played for free in both Normal and Hardcore modes. An optional Full Game Unlock opens the remaining levels in the 27-level campaign. This is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription.
Apple displays the current price and currency before purchase. You must approve a purchase through the App Store. Prices, taxes, availability, and purchase processing are subject to the App Store in your region. No fixed worldwide price is promised on this website.
4. Restoring purchases and refunds
Use Restore Purchases in the game’s Settings or unlock screen while signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Internet access may be needed. Access is granted only after Apple verifies an active purchase entitlement. Pending purchases unlock after approval and verification.
Apple handles billing and refund requests. Visit Apple purchase support to request help. If Apple refunds or revokes the purchase, access to paid levels may be removed. The first four levels remain free.
5. Scores, settings, and privacy
Scores and preferences are saved locally on your device. Deleting the app can remove that information. A restored Full Game Unlock does not restore deleted scores or settings. No developer account or server-based score backup is provided.
See the Twin Suns Privacy Policy for information about local storage, purchases, and voluntary support communications.
6. Compatibility, updates, and availability
Twin Suns requires a supported iPhone or iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Hardware and operating-system changes may affect compatibility. Features and requirements may change in future versions. These terms do not promise support for every device or indefinite availability.
Promotional illustrations on this website express the game’s visual themes. Images labeled as gameplay or screenshots show the app interface; illustrations are not representations of in-game rendering. The game is currently in development, and a public release date has not been announced here.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, software, artwork, music, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Downloading the game does not transfer ownership of that content. Rights remain with the developer or the relevant rights holders.
8. Warranty, liability, and your rights
Warranty and liability provisions are set out in the applicable Standard EULA and law. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
9. Updates to this page
Game-specific information and these terms may be updated as Twin Suns develops. The latest version will be posted here with a revised date. Any change to the governing app license will be handled through the applicable App Store process.
